These terms are an agreement between you and SunPorno (“we”, “us”), the service at sunporno.cc. By using the service you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Community Guidelines and the Refund Policy.
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old, and of the age of majority and old enough to view adult content where you live. By entering the site and by creating an account you confirm this. Where the law requires it, we will ask you to verify your age, and we close accounts we believe belong to anyone under 18.
2. AI characters
Characters marked AI are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence; all of them are adults. Their photos and videos are AI-generated and depict no real person. Conversations with them are entertainment: they are not people, they do not meet you, and they do not give professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Any resemblance to a real person is unintended — see Content removal.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens in your account. One person, one account. Give true information about your age.
4. What you may not do
You may not use the service for anything illegal or anything the Community Guidelines forbid — in particular any sexual content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor (including role-play and “age play”), non-consent, incest, bestiality, real people without their consent, harassment, threats, hate, spam, scams, or attempts to get around our safety filters, payments or limits. We report child sexual abuse material and credible threats to the authorities.
5. Safety and moderation
To keep the service safe, messages are checked automatically, and our staff may read conversations that are flagged, reported or needed to investigate abuse or a payment dispute. Messages may be blocked, and accounts warned, limited, suspended or closed, without notice where the safety of others requires it.
6. Your content
You are responsible for what you post and send. You keep your rights to it and give us a licence to host, process and display it to run the service. Do not upload images of other people, and never sexual images of anyone.
7. Credits and payments
Credits are a licence to use features of the service, such as messages beyond the free daily allowance and exclusive photos and videos. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and expire when your account is closed. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment providers. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
8. Our content
The characters, their images, videos and texts, and the site itself belong to SunPorno. You may use them only on the service, for your personal use; you may not copy, republish or sell them.
9. Availability and changes
Some content is only available in some countries or after age verification, and we may restrict content to comply with local law. The service is provided “as is”; we may change, suspend or end features. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
11. Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.
